I think a look at downtownla.com gives us a feel for what the Downtown Center Business Improvement District (DCBID)would like to have on their Website. I think the operative word is 'Business'. This is more of a PR site than a community site. By that, I mean that discussions of whether the homeless should live in Pershing Square would be on another site.

We need to think about how Drupal features such as RSS feeds, polling, etc can help a promotional website. (We need to show the benefit of the feature.)
