Howdy Drupal folks. I'm the co-manager of LA Drupal and we're a great crowd of developers, designers, and Drupal beginners. We're holding meeting every month and a camp annually.

We have an immediate need for a contract programmer to take on the maintenance and continued development of our recently launched http://thetalentslate.com Drupal-based community. We anticipate at least 30-40 hours of development a month, and would like an estimate for a per-month maintenance fee to help us polish & enhance our existing system.

In response to a recent request here, and just the urge to stay awake for a few minutes longer, I thought I'd post a mass of links leading to helpful info on Drupal.

The developer of our Drupal-based site has moved to another job. We are looking for someone who can spend some time becoming familiar with the implementation, then be available for advice and making modifications on an hourly basis.

I'm new to LA and starting to learn drupal. I was wondering if there are any classes out there or anyone willing to teach? I know there is lots of text on the subject, but I'm wondering if there are any hands on classes out there...
